Sometimes I want to eat some sweets but as I don't want to eat something that would make me feel guilty for cheating I found this very good, quick and easy mixture....
What will you need?
- 3-4 tbsp of quark cheese
- 2 tsp of low sugar jam (tomato in this case)
How will you make it?
- Mix the quark and the jam
