What will you need?
- 1 Egg
- 1 Egg white
- 1+1/2 tbsp of oat bran
- 2 tbsp of cocco flour
- 2 tbsp of raspberries
- 3 blueberries
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
How will you bake?
- Mix the egg and the egg white.
- Add the oat bran, the coco flour and mix.
- Mash the raspberries and the blueberries very well, add it to the mixture and mix.
- Place the mixture, in two portions, in a pan and let it cook for 2/3 mins. then turn the pancake and let it cook for more 1/2 mins.
- When the pancakes are ready you can add some grated coco on top.
Ingredientes:
- 1 ovo
- 1 clara
- 1 + 1/2 colher de sopa de farelo de aveia
- 2 colheres de sopa de farinha de côco
- 2 colheres de sopa de framboesas
- 3 mirtilos
- 1/2 colher de chá de fermento em pó
Como preparar:
- Misturar o ovo com a clara.
- Adicionar o farelo de aveia, a farinha de côco e o fermento em pó e mexer muito bem.
- Triturar as framboesas com ajuda da varinha mágica e adicionar ao prepardo anterior.
- Dividir o preparado em dois, colocar numa frigideira anti-aderente e deixar cozinhar por 2/3 minutos, virar e deixar por mais 1/2 minutos.
- No final pode-se adicionar raspas de côco.
