What will you need?
How will you cook it?
- 3 tbsp (30 gr) of oats or oat bran
- 200 ml of milk
- 5 gr of cocoa
- lemon zest
How will you cook it?
- Place the milk into a pan and heat it the lemon zest until it starts to boil.
- Add the oats and stir it for few minutes until it get the texture you desire, mixing.
- Leave it for the next morning or eat it.
- You can add chia or leed seeds if you desire (1 tsp)
- You can add a square of dark chocolate (>70%)
